Privacy policy

We collect very little, and only so we can get back to you when you reach out. This page explains exactly what, why, and your rights under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 1981.

Who we are

This site is run by TurboTurtle, an AI video studio in Tel Aviv. We are responsible for the information collected here.

What we collect and why

• Contact form: your name, brand name or store URL, category, WhatsApp number or email, and a note if you choose to write one. We use them to get back to you about your enquiry and prepare an idea and a proposal.
• WhatsApp: when you message us, we see your phone number, profile name and the messages. We use them only for the conversation with you.
• Visit statistics: aggregate numbers only (how many visits, to which pages and from where), with no cookies and nothing that identifies you.
• Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and browser details to serve the site and protect it from attacks.

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Do you have to give us information?

No. There is no legal obligation to give us any details. Without contact details we simply can't get back to you.

Who it is shared with

We don't sell information or pass it to anyone for their own use. It only goes through the providers that run the site and our contact channels for us:

• Resend (USA): emails us the details from the form.
• WhatsApp (Meta): WhatsApp conversations.
• Cloudflare (USA): hosting, security (including the form's spam check, Cloudflare Turnstile) and cookie-free visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).

Some providers store information outside Israel. We only work with providers who commit to protecting it. We will not upload your enquiry details to AI tools.

Marketing messages

We won't send you advertising without your explicit consent in advance, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to working together are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. If we work together, we keep what the work and our reporting and bookkeeping duties require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Message us on WhatsApp or by email and we'll answer within 30 days. If we don't, you can contact Israel's Privacy Protection Authority.

Security

Only we can access the information, the connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS), and we work with providers who secure data to accepted standards.

Changes

If we change this policy, the updated version will appear here with its date.
